Purpose: To show how to withdraw funds from a User's Digital Wallet to their linked Bank Account using either the Web interface or the Mobile App.

Access: Web & Mobile

** NOTE ABOUT OUTBOUND TIMING **

The transfer from Your Digital Wallet and you Personal/Business Bank Account is a standard ACH transaction and can take 1-2 business days.  - PLEASE plan enough time between initiating the transfer, and when you need the money for personal use.

Withdrawing Funds On the Web

Find "Account Wallet" on the left hand side of your screen.

Action: Click "Account Wallet"

Locate the "Withdraw" button directly to the right of the "Add Money" button

Action: Click "Withdraw"

Action: Enter the Amount to withdraw (up to but not exceeding the amount available)

Action: Click "Withdraw Funds" when ready

Action: Confirm the Amount you wish to withdraw & Click "Yes, withdraw funds"

Withdrawing Funds via Mobile App

Withdrawing funds on the Mobile App:

Step 1 - Locate the "Wallet" Icon on the Bottom of the App Screen

Action: Find and Click your "Wallet" Icon on the App (Bottom Right)

Action: Find and Click the "Withdraw" button (Upper Right)

Action: Click on the "$0.00" so you can enter an amount

Action: Enter the Amount you wish to withdraw (not to exceed current balance)

Action: Click "Submit"

Action: Click "Submit"

If everything is successful then you will see the below:

Action: Click "Ok" and go back to the Home Screen
