how to submit a completed phase:
1. confirm that every line item in the phase has been paid — the submit button will be locked until they are.
2. open the phase and tap submit phase for approval.
3. confirm. the phase status changes and your Owner is notified for final review.
4. once your Owner approves, your overhead & profit releases into your wallet automatically.
💡 you can work multiple phases in parallel — submitting one doesn't pause the others.
